Understanding you and your business allows me to make recommendations about which package would work best for you, or if there is something bespoke to create.
- An intro call with me to chat through the process and explain the preparation you need to do prior to the shoot. I walk you through step by step.
- You will receive my signature Brand Workbook + Pinterest exercise to draw out your business needs and help us plan the shoot so that the images really resonate with your ideal client, and the images are intentional and meet your marketing needs.
- Once the ground work has been done we meet for an in-depth pre-shoot consultation either face-to-face or on zoom, to talk through your brand workbook and plan the locations, set ups and desired outcome for the shoot. This makes sure every image counts and you know exactly what to expect on the day.
- Advice on location, wardrobe, styling and props; and an introduction to a make up artist if you wish.
- Travel within the location I am shooting in (my portfolio includes shoots from around the world – destination photography is high on my agenda and I am happy to confirm bespoke travel costs, for shoots further afield or for times when I am not in your location).

What is the brand shooting process?
A. We start with a pre-shoot consultation, where I get to know you and your business story, your ideal clients, brand values and how your business is uniquely different. My clients tell me how useful this is as its a great opportunity to take a look at your business and see what is important. It also builds a relationship between you and me, which makes for a more relaxed and fun shoot day.
I get having your photo taken is a scary and out of your comfort zone, so I will guide you through decisions on locations, wardrobe option and props, to ensure you are completely comfortable. This means on the day, there will be no surprises.
I hate having my photo taken.
A. OK! This isn't a question but a common fear.

I book, what happens next?
A. We first both do a happy dance as this is super exciting for your business!
I will set you a little homework. I have a brand workbook I ask you to fill in.
For some clients this is super easy as they know their brand inside out, for others it is more of a challenge but really helps you get clear on the direction of your business and what images you need.
I also ask you to create a Pinterest board of images that speak to you, and you feel represent you so I can get a deeper understanding of what you after.
Using both of these we have our shoot consultation where we plan the day and the scenes.
This helps you choose outfits and props to really personalise the photos and make them work hard for you.
You are never left alone to work this out. I am with you every step of the way.
Are there any hidden costs?
A. Travel within Singapore included.
Shoots in UK and Australia are no additional cost, unless requested by the client to shoot then flights/accom to be covered.
Bespoke petrol/train/plane costs to be paid by client.
Hair/Make-up can add a finished look and add confidence, but isn't required, client to pay.
Shoot houses/hot desk locations etc... if required are to be covered by you.
How do your payment schedules work?
A. 25% is due on booking to secure your date.
75% is due 1 week prior to your shoot day.
Cancellation of the date with 2 weeks forfeits the deposit. No charge if date changed due to weather.
When do I receive my images?
A. I will get your gallery to you within 5 days, often sooner as I get so excited to share!
Once you have selected your favourites you will receive high and low res edited versions within 2 weeks. These are delivered via digital download from my online portal.
